Ooh-de-lolly

Happy Thanksgiving!  I hope everyone had a great Turkey Day.  Mine was ultra delicious.  I've had the week off (yay vacation!) so I have gotten a ton of knitting done!  Yee!  This was the first chance I had to take some pics and actually post!

Skull-o-rama

My knitting project for the Man-Along is really getting somewhere now.  This is my first shot at intarsia and (don't hate me) - I kind of like it!  Isn't that sick?  Everyone has been trying to scare me away from it....but it's kind of neat!  Just tricky!  And if I love anything...it's a challenge.  BRING IT ON!  So, here's where we stand right now:

SWEET!  Jamie is psyched...and frankly....I can't blame him!  I cannot wait to see this on him!  So, this is the first sleeve - intarsia is done, just finishing the length of the sleeve now.  And then on to the next!  If I keep my pace, I will have this done in time for our anniversary (12/29) and will be an excellent prezzy!

Bobbi a Bo Bo

And another -along project!  My project for the Bear-along is done!  Ack!  I meant to take progress pics, but the damn imp knit himself up so quickly there was no chance to record the steps for posterity!  2 nights and his butt was knit.....  I've been told he looks like Mr. Burns' bear from The Simpsons.  Thus the name...you shalt be called BOBO!  At least until someone else names you.  :)  I will knit at least one more of these for Xmas prezzies.  Soooo sooooft.

Our new friend Bobo was knit using size 15US needles, Blue Sky Alpaca's Bobbi Bear pattern and Reynolds Regal Alpaca Regal in Brown and Charcoal.

Where's my Booty?

where the booties I knit for Michelle would be if I remembered to take a picture.  So....I'll have to make her bring them to SnB on Tuesday so I can get a shot of them for they are so cute and TINY!!!
