Skullsville, USA

My darling's sweater is finally complete!  After a month of searching for the yarn to finish it up, Skully is done and pret-a-porter!  Here we go!

Skullyblock

Here is the monster blocking.... Wow - too big for my homemade blocking boards!  :)

And here's a detail of one of the Mr. Skullheads.....

And my handsome hunny (the Bune himself) in his custom knit sweater.  He's so dreamy...  ;)

The Specs:
Skully, from Stitch 'n Bitch by Debbie Stoller
10 skeins of Lamb's Pride Bulky in Deep Charcoal, 1 skein of LP Bulky in White.
Knit on size 10.5US circular needles.
Changes:  Only a couple.... I made the sleeves and the body a couple of inches longer per Jamie's request.  I think it came out looking great since the sweater is long, yet close fitting for his big man chest.  Sex-ay!
Comments:  I loved knitting this!  My first intarsia project - and I did okay!  I'm really glad that the first sweater I knit for my sweetie involved a nice knitting challenge for me.  It made it even more meaningful when it was done and I presented him with it.  :)

Looking great! I like how the sleeves and hem length look; my bro likes to wear his sweaters the same way.
