Happy St. Pat's everyone!
On this glorious day, I thought I'd post a couple of links in honor of my heritage (my Pop's side...). For anyone who wants to know the real deal behind the most famous of Irish Holidays (it's really not about drinking, folks!), you can get the scoop at the History Channel website or check out the festivities planned in Dublin!
And though it's not about drinking, I will remind you that Guiness is indeed good for you. (Fulla iron and oh so tasty!) Hell, why not make some unique ice cream in honor of the occasion?
And don't freak, Mom - I'll post some super interesting stuff about being Swedish on St. Lucia Day. :)

Happy belated St. Patty's Day! I'm not Irish, but I am part Swedish, so I'm looking forward to the St. Lucia Day information, so my husband can know for sure that I'm not making that holiday up.
