Start Your Search Engines
So, I head into Typepad's main site today to check out my viewer stats and take a look at referring pages, as I often do... and a certain Google search catches my eye...
Now, I must preface this with the fact that I am used to seeing the following Google searches which result in a visitor's stop by my site:
boob (by FAR the most common!)
boob covers
McBoob
These are all thanks to the bikini I knit my buddy Joda what seems like forever ago... I called her Joda McBoob and showed some lovely pics of her fabulous boob covers. I could have put a stop to it.... I could have changed the name... But whatever. I did warn her though, that her boobs and their covers would be posted and that SURELY this would be the top attraction of my blog!
But I digress...
What I found today SHOCKED me! It was a Google search for:
Sarah McNally Knitting*
My God. No boobs? No covers? Just me and my silly ol' yarn?
Awww. (sniffle.) I feel a little misty.
So, if you are out there Google searcher, reveal yourself! For you are the first person (besides me) to look me up on Google and visit my site! I'll give you a gold star or some junk....
*This was also quite amusing to me since my sisters Mary and Heather have both recently taken to Googling the names of former elementary school chums to see what the heck ever happened to 'em. Perhaps someone is playing the same game? I hope you're not a hater, whoever you are.

That Goggle is a bad thing. I've been tempted to look up ex-boyfriends, just to see what they are up to -- for no other reason. Common sense (and the feeling that I would hate it if Joe did this) keeps me from doing it.

Sarah, Oh thank god! I'm not the only one to be guilty of googling one's self! Phew! And for the record, I'd like to know WHO keeps popping up on mine from the texas hold 'em poker page! EH??? And today, I saw one from a9 "lily christine" ?????? Que?
It's kinda fun to google yourself, then you can see whose made a mention of you that you didn't know about!
